Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions apply to all sales concluded through the website https://todore.ca/.

1. Orders

You can place your orders:

2. Availability of items

All orders are served from our Internet warehouse; the products we have in stock are normally shipped within 12 business hours (this does not include Saturdays and Sundays and holidays). Any sale placed on pre-order, will be shipped on the date indicated on the website and agreed upon during the transaction unless otherwise noted. Although T’Odore makes every effort to meet these deadlines, T’Odore can not be held responsible for non-compliance with delivery times displayed.

3. Prices

The prices displayed on www.Todore.ca are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. The products are sold in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. The price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For all deliveries outside Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Refunds for items due to availability are also made in Canadian dollars. Please note that the exchange rates applied are those in effect on the day of the order or at the time of its reimbursement. T’Odoré agrees to pay the same amount in Canadian dollars as the one invoiced for the item sold out or returned but cannot be held responsible for any difference in currency due to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s bank.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered, their weight and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. In no case will a customer be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs.

5. Payment

Orders placed on the website www.Todore.ca or by email must be paid by credit card and/or T’Odoré gift card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Mail orders can be paid by check, money order and T’odoré gift card.

6. Time of delivery

Orders for products in stock at our warehouse must be processed within two business days, plus an average of one to three business days for delivery in Quebec or one business day for expedited delivery. T’Odoré can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a stock shortage at the distributor or due to the carrier.

7. Return of goods

The items supplied by Todore.ca are brand new and guaranteed without defect. If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, T’Odoré undertakes to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the invoice Todore.ca.

For a return of merchandise, the customer must first contact T’Odoré’s Customer Service by email or by phone to make the appropriate arrangements, with the delivery slip, where the staff will proceed with the exchange or refund. The products must be in their original packaging, except in the case of a return due to a defect.

If, for any other reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on Todore.ca, he will be able to choose between an exchange, a gift card or a refund. The return must occur within 10 days of the delivery date. However, in the event that the product is not defective, the return will be subject to a 10% administration fee and shipping costs will not be refundable. If the customer has taken advantage of the free shipping offer, the administration fee is 20% of the selling price of the returned item.
