These conditions apply to all sales made through the website https://todore.ca/.
1. Items availability
All orders are served from our Perfumery House store; products that we have in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours. T’Odoré cannot however be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery times displayed.
The prices displayed on the site www.Todore.ca are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The products are sold in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For all deliveries outside of Canada, any customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. Refunds of items for availability are also made in Canadian dollars. Note that the exchange rates applied are those in effect on the day of the order or when it is reimbursed. T’Odoré agrees to remit the same amount in Canadian dollars as that invoiced for the sold out or returned item but can in no way be held responsible for a difference in currency due to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s bank.
3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs cover the cost of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered, the weight of the package and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. Under no circumstances may a customer combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs.
Orders placed on the website www.Todore.ca or by email must be paid by credit card and / or T’Odoré gift card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. Postal orders can be paid by check, money transfer and T’Odoré gift card.
5. Delivery time
Depend on your choice from the shipping options offered in our checkout page, all our products are delivered through Canada Post.
6. Products return
For a return of merchandise, the customer must contact T’Odoré Customer Service by email or phone to make the appropriate arrangements, along with their delivery slip, where the staff will proceed with the exchange or refund. The products must be in their original packaging, except in the event of return due to defect.. The return must occur within 10 days of the delivery date. However, in the event that the product does not present any defect, the return will be subject to a 10% administration charge and the shipping costs will not be refundable. If the customer has received the free shipping offer, the administration fee is 20% of the selling price of the returned item.
