2. Availability of items

All orders are served from our internet warehouse; Products we have in stock are normally dispatched within 12 working hours (this does not include Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays). Any sale placed as a pre-order will be shipped on the date indicated on the website and agreed upon during the transaction unless otherwise stated. Because although T'Odoré makes every effort to meet these deadlines, T'Odoré cannot however be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery deadlines displayed.

3. Price

The prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The products are sold in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of ordering. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For any delivery outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. Item refunds due to availability are also made in Canadian dollars. Please note that the exchange rates applied are those in force on the day of the order or at the time of its reimbursement. T'Odoré undertakes to remit the same amount in Canadian dollars as that invoiced for the sold out or returned item but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a difference in currency due to the exchange rate applied by the bank of the customer.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered, their weight and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. Under no circumstances may a customer combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs.

5. Payment

Orders placed on the website or by email must be paid by credit card and/or T'Odoré gift card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Postal orders can be paid by check, money order and T'odoré gift card.

6. Delivery time

A period of two business days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added one to three business days on average for delivery in Quebec or one business day for expedited delivery. T'Odoré cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delivery delay resulting from a stock shortage at the distributor or attributable to the carrier.

7. Return of merchandise

The items supplied by are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If it happens that an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, T'Odoré undertakes to exchange it or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days following the date delivery, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the invoice.

For a return of goods, the customer must first contact T'Odoré's Customer Service by email or telephone to make the appropriate arrangements, with their delivery slip, where the staff will proceed with the exchange or refund. Products must be in their original packaging, except in the event of return due to defects.

If, for another reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on, he can choose between an exchange, a gift card or a refund. The return must occur within 10 days of the delivery date. However, in the event that the product does not present any defect, the return will be subject to a 10% administration fee and the shipping costs will not be refundable. If the customer has benefited from the free delivery offer, the administration fee reaches 20% of the sale price of the returned item.
