WHEN : To be used both at nap time and at bedtime, night waters are valuable allies in your nighttime ritual. Favor soothing water for the evenings when your thoughts deprive you of sleep and sleep water when both the mind and the body do not seem to want to stop.

HOW : Neck, sheet with which to cover yourself, pillow. Once the odor halo has been created, slip in without the sheets and as you place your head on the pillow, take three deep breaths to fill the chimney of your nose with the perfume and thus deliver the olfactory message to the nerve, then simply let the smell offer you its benefits.
